Tommy Condon’s Irish Pub and Seafood Restaurant Don’t wait until St. Patrick’s Day to try Tommy Condon’s. Their family-friendly menu is affordable, the food is delicious, and the fun continues into the wee hours of the night! Tommy Condon’s is tucked away on Church Street, just a half block off Charleston’s historic market. There are four major sections to the pub and restaurant, including an outdoor covered deck, a warm interior pub section with a big hardwood bar, and a back dining room. View their calendar here. Mad River Bar and Grille Mad River opened its doors in 2006 and has quickly become a “place to be seen” in downtown Charleston. It is located in the Old Seaman’s Chapel on Market Street and is open seven days a week. Mad River has a 120-inch High Definition projection screen, five 50-inch plasmas, three 42-inch plasmas and five booths with personal flat screens.
