Enjoy your breakfast at one of these cafés:

    Miller’s All Day

We celebrate everybody’s favorite meal by shining a spotlight on small batch grains, perfectly turned eggs, delicious proteins, craft cocktails, and gentle surprises designed to delight even the most hardboiled diner.
Grits newbies and lovers alike gravitate to the antique mill operating in our front window. Our mill channels a history of local sourcing and agricultural magic, turning corn into the plated gold that makes Southerners smile. The 175-plus year-old machine is not the oldest thing around here: our building is about as old, and inspires us to turn out timeless food and drinks.

Stop in and enjoy our espresso bar, the full cocktail bar, European afternoon tea , warming comfort food and decadent desserts. Gaulart & Maliclet French Cafe

Located just down the street on Broad directly in front of the courthouse at the Four Corners of Law you may find one of the more established cafés of Charleston. Gaulart & Maliclet opened its door the summer of 1984 by artists Gwylene Gallimard & Jean-Marie Mauclet. Their mission was to provide fresh, affordable, healthy, global cuisine with French flair in a social environment that encourages community and the Arts. Upon arriving in the morning be prepared to smell and observe the kitchen preparing the fresh soups for the day. All coffee is served from a French press using their own private blend of roasted coffee. If you adore a toasted croissant be prepared to love their Cinnamon, Chocolate or Apple Butter croissant brought from their toaster directly to your setting. If you want to enjoy the community of Charleston this is a café to meet new friends and take in the charm of our beautiful city. (Please know Fast & French does not serve on Sundays.)
