Charleston Restaurant Week, Bon Appétit!

Charleston restaurant week started yesterday.  The Charleston Restaurant Week is an event sponsored by the South Carolina Hospitality Association in conjunction with the Charleston Restaurant Association (CRA).  It is a great opportunity to try the many great restaurants in the area, and it is truly one of the best culinary events in the city. Happy New Year from Charleston, SC

It is hard to believe that we are coming to the end of 2011. The Dock Street Theater…A Little Charleston History

When you visit Charleston in the near future, you should definitely keep in mind the Dock Street Theatre as a must see.  They always put on a great show, and it is one of the most interesting features of downtown Charleston.  Here is a little history on the theatre from the Charleston Stage: On February 12, 1736 the Dock Street Theatre opened with a performance of The Recruiting Officer.
